Composer

Felicity Fox is a Sydney-based composer working in film and television, radio, theatre, dance, and DVD games. She has contributed to many award winning films throughout her career and is sought after as a composer for cutting-edge documentary.

Projects include: Redheads (1992 AFI nomination, Best Feature Score); Fistful of Flies (1997 winner AGSC award for Best Original Song Composed for a Feature Film); Afrika, Capetown to Cairo (ARIA nomination and AGSC/APRA Award nomination for Best Soundtrack Album); A Cave in the Snow (AGSC/APRA Award nomination for Best Soundtrack Album); The President vs. David Hicks; Jabe Babe; Crocodile Dreaming; The Passion of Gina Sinozich; The Choir and yet to be screened Maverick Mother and Seed Hunter.

Felicity was the Assistant Music Director/Composer for the Paralympics opening ceremony in Sydney 2000.

Felicity's sensitivity to cross-cultural and indigenous projects has brought her many commissions. In addition to a broad culture of global, popular and experimental music, she brings her conservatorium training as a composer, music director, arranger and orchestrator to acoustic choral and ensemble projects.
