Haley is one of Oasis' more lost sheep. She has been connected to Paul, Robbin and Oasis' services since the age of 14 when she held hopes of growing up and studying nursing, but now 22, she continues to live a dangerous lifestyle on the streets surviving day to day. Though she is charismatic, attractive and remains relatively upbeat, often talking promisingly about checking herself into rehab, Paul fears for her health and her future. Paul's wife, Robbin, has worked extensively with Haley and is currently trying to get her into a detox facility - which often means searching the streets for Haley when she doesn't show up for appointments.
